A kitchen plan for a compact or shared layout
A kitchen in a central Toronto condo may open directly into the dining and living areas. Plan the boundary of the kitchen clean before choosing extra rooms: where the counter ends, which side of an island is included, and whether the surrounding floor belongs to the kitchen scope. In an open-plan home, naming separate rooms is less helpful than identifying surfaces and work zones.
Start with the oven and stove model, then describe grease on the hood, backsplash and cabinet fronts. Add the breakfast bar, dining table or nearby seating as separate priorities where needed. A compact kitchen can still require detailed work if grease is established or the appliances have not been cleaned recently.
Access is part of the preparation
For a condo or apartment, check visitor entry, concierge instructions, elevator access and parking arrangements before the visit. The resident should arrange any necessary permission for access. A narrow hallway or an occupied open-plan room needs a clear work route and somewhere safe for items temporarily moved from counters.
For a house or divided property, identify the correct unit and kitchen. Do not assume a shared entrance means shared cleaning authorization. A second kitchen, basement apartment or separately occupied floor should be described independently, with the person who can authorize access identified during the enquiry.
Choose the rooms after the cooking zone
Once the kitchen scope is settled, a nearby dining area is often a natural next step. Decide whether you want the table surface only, chair details and accessible floor edges, or a broader room clean. Living-room furniture, electronics and upholstery require their own care decisions; kitchen degreaser should not become an all-purpose solution for the adjoining space.
Bedrooms and bathrooms can be added by room count and task, with linen changes, cupboard interiors or shower detailing stated explicitly. The aim is a clear request that works for the actual home, not an assumption that a condo package includes every surface behind every door.
Send a useful Toronto cleaning enquiry
Enter the property's postal code on the contact page, choose condo or house, and select the kitchen priority. Add the other rooms you want considered. Confirm that the physical property is inside the City of Toronto. The form opens a WhatsApp or text message for you to review and send.
Include the desired timing, the general condition and any access restrictions in your conversation. Scope, price and appointment availability require confirmation. The postal result identifies a browsing area; it does not verify the complete address, reserve a visit or guarantee that every requested task can be accepted.
